Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order - no reason required.

Return or Exchange Eligibility:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition (tags attached, packaging intact).
  • Only regular priced items are eligible (final sale or clearance items are not returnable).
  • We do not currently cover international return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Not eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery;
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered;
  • Final sale, discounted or custom products;
  • Returns sent without prior authorization;

How to request a return or exchange:

  • Contact our customer service at support@gemigirl.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions and return address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be issued within 5 business days.

Important note for international orders:

  • Return shipping costs, duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment and may take more time depending on your bank or provider.
